摘要
祖国医学的基本理论经过几千年的医疗实践自成体系,实用而有效。然而,由于对该理论的理解和掌握有所差异,致使在临床实践中对治疗方案的选择出入较大,影响到治疗的效果。
In order to instruct the selection of acupointswith thermogram,model AGA-782 thermovision andTC-800 computer were used to observe and recordthe facial thermogram of patients with facialparalysis.The acupoints on the trouble side in thearea,where the difference between two sides wasremarkble,were selected to insert the ueedles.Theresults showed that:1.The clinical cure rate was90.00% in the thermngraphical selecting acupointgroup(60 cases)and 76.29% in the traditionalmethod group(97 cases).2.The differences of theperiod and the number of treatment were very obvi-ous between two groups.The findings showed thatthe method of thermographic selection of acupoint(?)was better than the traditioual one.
