运用激光多普勒血流成像仪探讨针灸作用原理的初步研究 被引量:30

摘要 目的 :用激光多普勒血流成像仪观察针灸作用的显示 ,评价这一新型医学影像技术在针灸经络研究中的应用价值。方法 :使用激光多普勒血流成像仪 ,对 10名健康人体针刺和电针前后体表出现的血流变化予以大范围地显像 ,分析体表血流分布与针刺作用的关系。结果 :(1)针刺内关穴后 ,手掌部血流的增加以大小鱼际和手指的部位为主。 (2 )电针外关和曲池穴后 ,指尖和手指血流增加显著。 (3)不针刺对照组在 30分钟内前臂、手掌和手背血流的自然波动较小。结论 :针刺和电针都可以引起体表微循环的增加 ,激光多普勒血流成像仪可以对该过程予以显像。 Objective To adopt laser Doppler perfusion imaging (LDPI) to observe effects of acupuncture and moxibustion and assess its application values in studies of acupuncture and channels. Methods Changes of blood flow on the body surface before and after acupuncture in 10 healthy volunteers were measured and the relation between blood flow distribution on the body surface and the effect of acupuncture was analyzed. Results (1) After acupuncture at Neiguan (PC 6), blood flow increased on the palm, particularly, on the thenars and fingers. (2) After electroacupuncture at Waiguan (TE 5) and Quchi (LI 11), blood flow in the fingertip and the finger increased significantly. (3) In the control group without acupuncture, the blood flow in the forearm, the palm and the back of the hand did not significantly change within 30 min. Conclusion Both acupuncture and electroacupuncture can improve microcirculation on the body surface, which can be showed by laser Doppler perfusion imaging.
