摘要
顽固性面瘫指患者经过6个月的治疗后,仍留下的后遗症,如眼睑下垂、面部肌肉痉挛、口角(口呙)斜等。笔者自1980年以来,采用指针加隔姜灸治疗本病122例,效果满意,现报告如下。
The article presents the treatment of refractoryfacial paralysis with finger-pressure on acu-pointsand indirect moxibustion with ginger slice.Amongaltogether 122 cases,72 were basically cured,31markedly effective,13 improved and 6 unchanged.The total effective rate was 95.10%.The shorterthe duration of the disease,the better the effect.This method achieves the therapeutical aim by meansof regulating the circulation of Qi and blood andnourishing and warming the skin and muscles.
