摘要
同名的手经与足经有一定的相关性,不仅古代文献有所论述,近代研究也有所证实。手阳明大肠经的合谷穴和足阳明胃经的足三里穴在面瘫的治疗中均为常用穴位,比较对手经与足经穴位针刺后面瘫患者面部温度的变化是本文的目的。本文采用红外热像方法,以面部温度作指标。
With thermographic techniqu, We observed changes of the facial temperature after acupuncturing Hegu (L14) and Zusanli (S36) in 65 patients (103 cases in all) with facial nerve paralysis. The observation showed that the average of Hcgu group was higher than that of Zusanli group. The result explained that the offect of acupuncture at points of hand-yangming 'meridian was bigger than that of foot-yangming meridian on the facial temperature.
