薄层双波长扫描法测定东莨菪碱贴膜的化学稳定性 被引量:1

摘要 本文建立了东莨菪碱贴膜化学稳定性的薄层双波长扫描定量测定方法。以氯仿—甲醇—氨水(8.5:1.5:0.07)溶剂系统展开硅胶G薄层板上样品,经碘化铋钾试液显色,采用反射法锯齿扫描,测定了初均速条件下东莨菪碱贴膜的贮存期T_0.9^(25)=1.65a,降解活化能Ea=21.213kcal/mol。 The chemical stability of the trandermal therapertic system-scopolamine (TTS-scop) was studied using TLC doublewave-length scanning method and accelerated test of the initial average velocity. The samples were chromatographed on silical gel platewith chloroform-methanol-ammonia (8.5: 1.5: 0.07) as the solvent system, and visualized with bismuthate potassium io-dide reagent. There was a linear relation between the content of TTS-scop and the area of coloured spot at the emission λ_a=650nm andabsorption λ=510nm. The results of analysis showed that the shelf life of TTS-scop was about 1.65 year at 25℃and the activity energy was 21.213kcal/mol.
