摘要
本文用紫外光度法测定葡萄糖分解产物5-HMF量的上升预测输液化学稳定性及贮存期以代替文献报道的旋光法测葡萄糖下降法。实验表明,5-HMF的logc-t密切相关,符合表观一级反应过程。本法比较了恒温加速及恒温存放的K值,也比较了三种产品的K值,从而比较其内在质量。
In order to predictthe stability and storage-life of glucoseinfusion, An UV spectrophotometer me-thod for the determination of incraased 5-HMF in infusion was used to replace rot-atory raethod for the determination ofdecreased glucose in analysing the chemi-cal kinetics. Accelerated tests showedthat the liner relationship between log5-HMF and time corresponded With pseudofirst order kinetic reaction.
