摘要
建立了人血清中卡波铂的反相 HPLC 测定法。固定相为 Shim-pack CLC-ODS 柱,重蒸馏水作流动相,检测波长229 nm。卡波铂平均绝对回收率为99.61%,日内和日间平均变异系数分别为4.18%和5.23%。最低检出浓度0.05μg/ml,线性范围0.1～100μg/ml(r=0.9999)。
A simple,rapid,and accurate reversed-phase HPLC method has been developed for the determination of carboplatin in human serum using Shimpack CLC-ODS column(150×6mm ID) and redistilled water as the mobile phase, Carboplatin eluted at 6.1 min,and was monitored at 229 nm.The mean absoluterecovery was 99.61%.Within day and day-to-day precision(cv)were 4.18 and5.23%,respectively.The measurable lowest level was 0.05μg/ml and the standardcurve was linear over the concentration range of 0.1～100μg/ml(r=0.9999).
