摘要
选择卡波沫为主要基质 ,以 5 %聚山梨酯 80为增溶剂 ,制备了盐酸达克罗宁水凝胶剂 .用紫外法测定该凝胶剂的主药含量 ,平均回收率为 10 0 9% ,RSD为 0 85 % 。
Dyclonine hydrochloride gels were prepared by the combination of the drug,5% Tween 80 as the solubilizing agent and the base composed of Carbomer.A UV spectrophotometry was used for the quantitative determination of dyclonine hydrochloride in the gels.The average recovery was 100 9%, and RSD ,0 58%.The drug release pattern from the gels was in accord with the Higuchi equation.
