人参二醇组皂甙对精索静脉曲张大鼠的保护作用及其机制 被引量:1

The protective effects of panaxadiol saponins on the rats with experimental varicocele and its mechanisms

摘要 把56只成年Wistar大鼠分为如下3组:①精索静脉曲张组(VG)30只;②精索静脉曲张人参二醇组皂甙组(VPG)8只;③假手术组(SOG)18只。实验结果表明,人参二醇组皂甙可显著提高精索静脉曲张大鼠睾丸ACE活力并降低睾丸LPO含量,但3组动物睾丸的SOD水平无明显差异。作者认为人参二醇组皂甙可能是通过减少LPO产生以提高ACE活力,从而实现对精索静脉曲张大鼠的保护作用。 Experimental varicocele was created by ligation of the collateral vein between the left internal spermatic vein and the left common iliac vein, in addition to partial ligation of renal vein. 12h after operation, panaxadiol saponins were given to the rats of varicocele panaxadiol saponins group in order to treat in advance. We examined the testes at 12 weeks after creation of the varicocele. It was observed that angiotcnsin I-converting enzyme ACE activities, lipid peroxides (LPO) contents in rats with panaxadiol saponins were significantly increased and decreased respectively , compared with the rats without panaxadiol saponins. The LPO contents correlate positively with the ACE activities. However, there were no discernible changes of tcsticular superoxide dismutasc levels among the experimental groups. These findings suggest that panaxadiol saponins may raise the ACE activity of testes of rats with varicocele by means of lowering the products of LPO and posscsse the protective action on varicocele.
