摘要
以大鼠血清和心脏的过氧化脂质、超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的含量为指标,观察阿霉素、人参二醇组皂甙对其影响,结果表明:阿霉素组过氧比脂质明显增高,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶,超氧化物歧化酶活性显著降低,人参二醇组皂甙能降低过氧化脂质的含量,提高谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶的活性。实验结果揭示:人参二醇组皂甙对阿霉素的心脏毒性有保护作用。
The effect of PDS on the myocardium injury induced by adriamycin in rats was studied. Thirty three wistar rats weighing 204±18g were randomly divided into Ⅰ—Ⅲ groups.All animals were fed on basic ration.Group Ⅰ was given physiological saline.Group Ⅱ was given adriamycin(12mg/kg)intraperitioneally at a time and before giving adriamycin.Group Ⅲ was given PDS(50mg/kg)intraperitoneally at a time.The results showed that the activities of GSH—Px and SOD were significantly decreased and MDA was apparently increased in group Ⅰ compared with group Ⅰ,whereas the activities of GSH—px and SOD were evidently high- er and MDA was abviously lower in Croup Ⅲ.In couclusion PDS might have an protective action on the myocardium injury induced by adriamycin inrats,and this action is relative to increase in the activities of GSH—Px and SOD.
