枸杞籽油对小鼠耐缺氧抗疲劳作用的实验研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的 :为研究枸杞籽油的生物学作用和使宁夏枸杞资源得到充分利用 ,作者对枸杞籽油进行了抗疲劳和耐缺氧作用的研究。方法 :分别测定小鼠在缺氧条件下存活时间 ,负重 ( 5%体重 )条件下游泳时间及小鼠血中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和血红蛋白 (Hb)的含量 ,用于评价枸杞籽油的生物功效。结果 :枸杞籽油能明显延长实验组小鼠游泳时间、缺氧条件下的存活时间 ,SOD活性增强 ,Hb的含量增加。结论 :枸杞籽油具有抗疲劳。 Objective: To investigate the biological action of Lycium ba rb arum L, seed oil and to make full use of Lycium barbarum resource in Ningxia, we conducted the study of the action of lycium barbarum L seed oil on anti-fati g ue and anoxia endurance Methods: The effect of lycium upon the s ur vival time of mice under anoxia and swimming-sustained time of mice with a load of 5/100 body weight were observed Meanwhile the activity of superoxide dismu t ase(SOD)and the hemoglobin(Hb) content in the bloodstream were measured chemical ly Results: The Lycium barbarum L seed oil can significantly pr olo ng the swimming time of the experimental mice and their survival time under anox ia It can also enhance the activity of superoxide dismutase and raise the cont e nt of hemoglobin Conclusion: Lycium seed oil is of the action of anoxia endurance and anti-fatigue in mice
