摘要
枸杞果实中有很多种籽 ,加工时剩下的皮渣中经漂洗分离的种籽可用来提取天然植物油脂。用气相色谱法分析枸杞籽油的成分 ,检出 5种主要脂肪酸 :软脂酸 10 34 %、硬脂酸 4 0 2 %、油酸 2 3 2 1%、亚油酸 46 0 7%、亚麻酸 16 37%。油的脂肪酸组成较好 ,故枸杞籽油有较高的医疗保健价值 。
Trere are many seeds in fruit of lycium. This is useful to distillation of lycium seed oil. There are 5 components of futty acid in lycium seed oil by GC analysis. They are Palmitic acid (10.34%), Stearic acid (4.02%), Oleic acid (23.31%) linoleic acid (46.07%), and linolenic acid (16.37%). This oil has higher value and economic results in medical health protection.
