γ-氨基丁酸、牛磺酸对蟾蜍密闭缺氧存活时间的影响 被引量:3

Effects of γ-Aminobutyric Acid and taurine on survivetime of toads in the obturating anaerobic environment

摘要 本试验采用密闭缺氧方法,研究不同质量浓度的γ-氨基丁酸(γ-Aminobutyricacid,GARA)、牛磺酸(Taurine,Tau)对蟾蜍抗缺氧能力的影响.试验显示,在25-26.5℃水温下,γ-氨基丁酸的质量浓度为0.3mg/L的溶液,牛磺酸的质量浓度为0.3mg/L的溶液,牛磺酸的质量浓度为0.5mg/L的溶液可以使蟾蜍的密闭缺氧存活时间极显著提高(P〈0.01).γ-氨基丁酸的质量浓度为0.5mg/L,牛磺酸的质量浓度为0.7mg/L的溶液可使蟾蜍的密闭缺氧存活时间显著提高(P〈O.05),而β-丙氨酸的质量浓度为0.5mg/L时可以使蟾蜍的密闭缺氧存活时间明显减少(P〈O.05).结果表明,在溶液一定质量浓度的范围内,γ-氨基丁酸、牛磺酸均可提高蟾蜍的抗缺氧能力.β-丙氨酸作为牛磺酸转运体的抑制剂,可以使蟾蜍的密闭缺氧存活时间明显减少,进一步证明了牛磺酸具有抗缺氧作用. The influence of taurine and y-aminobutyric acid (GABA) on anti-anoxia of toads (Bufo raddei Strauch) in the obturating environment was studied. The test indicated that under the water temperature of 25℃ to 26.5 ℃, the solutions of 3‰ GABA and 3‰ and 5‰ taurine significantly prolonged the survival time of toads in the obturating environment (p〈0. 01). The solutions of 5‰ GABA and 7‰ taurine obviously prolonged the survival time of toads in the obturating environment (P〈0.05). The solutions of 5‰ β-alanine obviously lessened the survival time of toads in the obturating environment (P〈0.05). The results showed that taurine and GABA within certain concentrations could increase the anti-anoxia abilities of toads. As an inhibitor of taurine transporter (Tau-T), β-alanine obviously lessened the survival time of toads in the obturating environment, which further proved that taurine had the effect of anti-anoxia.
