摘要
采用嗜乙酰乙酸棒杆菌(Corynebacteriumacetoacidophilum)ATCC13870为出发菌株,经亚硝基胍、硫酸二乙脂和60Co诱变处理,定向选育出一株L 谷氨酰胺产生菌G21 8.在适宜的条件下积累L 谷氨酰胺,平均质量浓度为32.5g/L,最大时可达36.7g/L,谷氨酸产量较少.
Original strain Corynebacterium acetoacidophilum ATCC13870 was mutated by NET, DES and ^(60)Co. As a result of a strain named G21-8,producing Glutamine was obtained. Under optimum condition , G21-8 was able to accumulate an average of 32.5 g/L, and the highest of 36.7g/L of L-Glutamine.
