摘要
以天津短杆菌TG-866为出发菌株,利用亚硝基胍、硫酸二乙酯等常规诱变方法以及原生质体融合法最终筛选出一株谷氨酰胺生产菌GMN-18[MSO<sup>R</sup>+8-AG<sup>R</sup>+SG<sup>R</sup>+(NH<sub>4</sub>)<sub>2</sub>SO<sub>4</sub><sup>R</sup>],在适宜条件下平均积累谷氨酰胺27.3g/L。
With Brevibacterium Tianjin TG-866 as original strain, an L-Glutamine producing mutant GMN-18 [MSOR + 8-AGR + SGR + (NH4)2SO4R] was successfully obtained by using NTG and DES, and subsequent protoplast fusion. At optimum conditions.the mutant strain accumulates an average of 27.3g/L of glutamine.
