摘要
加入WTO后 ,中国经济正以信息产业为先导、现代制造业为中心的路径快速发展。高新技术支撑的现代制造业 ,需要大批适应知识经济要求的集知识性、技能性于一体被称作“灰领”的复合型技术人才。当前我国的制造业灰领人才供给总量不足、技术结构与素质严重失衡、年龄结构出现断层 ,这种现状已经引发了“灰领人才危机” ,严重影响我国经济的持续发展。由于中国传统观念以及经济层面、制度层面等方面的影响 ,长期以来社会缺乏对灰领人才的培养意识和有效的培养机制 ,致使我国大力发展新型制造业时灰领人才供不应求 ,供需矛盾突出。党中央、国务院提出并开始实施人才强国战略 ,分析和研究灰领人才问题具有十分重要的意义。
After Chinas entry into the WTO, taken modern manufacturing industry as economy center, information oriented economy has got rapid progress in China. Modern manufacturi ng industry supported by high tech requires huge flow of Grey collar multi-talents. Current ly, the lack of Grey talents causes serious crisis in manufacturing industry, and damages the economi c sustainable development. Influenced by traditional ideas and economic system, effective Gre y talents training system is absent.
