摘要
高技能人才是指拥有先进技术、能创新和做贡献的人。由于种种原因,目前中国严重缺乏。中央对人才工程中高度重视,但各方面贯彻落实不够到位。必须更新观念、制定配套措施,加大投入,完善职业教育培训体系,建立“培、用、荐、引”机制,促进高技能人才快速增长。
Highly skilled workers are those who own advanced technology to make innovations and contributions. Presently, China is extremely short of such talents for some reason, which is attached great importance to by the government in the talents project. However, it is not highly valued when it comes to application at all levels. In order to achieve good result, we must update our views, make corresponding measures, increase investment and perfect vocational education system. Enterprises should set up mechanism of “cultivation, commission, recommendation and introduction” to promote rapid increase of highly skilled talents.
