鼻粘膜中水通道蛋白的分布及其意义 被引量：1

摘要 水通道蛋白(squaporins,AQPs)是一组与水通透有关的细胞膜转运蛋白。自红细胞膜上的水通道蛋白被克隆以来,有关水通道的研究取得了系列性的进展。到目前为止,已克隆出的哺乳动物水通道蛋白有10种,其在人体内的组织分布、生理功能与疾病的关系得到了较为深入的研究。本文就水通道蛋白的概况、在鼻粘膜中的分布、病理生理学意义及其与疾病的关系进行综述。
