摘要
计算机技术的发展 ,推动了传统机器人控制技术的进步 ,基于网络的机器人技术在现场监控、信息安全、远程操作等方面进行了大量地研究 ,焊接机器人已经在汽车生产等行业得到广泛的应用 ;由于焊接环境的恶劣性和危险性 ,通过远程监控、遥控操作等控制方式的焊接机器人具有安全性等特点 ,使得通过网络控制机器人成为一种越来越受欢迎的方式。就国内外基于网络控制机器人的研究现状及其在焊接领域现阶段的研究程度进行分类 ,并对将来的发展做了初步的探讨。
With the development of computer technology, the traditional control technology of robot has been promoted greatly and researched widely. Welding robot is also adopted in production line, such as motorcar. For particularity adverse and dangerous circumstances in welding, internet-based welding robot has been accepted abroad. In this paper, there are many classifications on research status in quo of internet-based robot and its application to welding domestic and abroad. Some prospective topics of this technology are discussed, too.
