摘要
目前发展最快的焊接跟踪传感器之一——视觉系统的研究和发展情况。通过电弧光学特性的研究,采用的传感器光学系统及软件设计,能去除弧光干扰。应用模糊控制和统计模式识别等近代控制方法,能使视觉传感器具有人工智能,能提高跟踪精度和扩宽跟踪系统的应用范围,提高焊接自动化水平。
The situation of research and development on visual system, one of the most rapidly progressed welding tracking sensors, is presented here. The interference of arc light can be cut off by the optical system of sensors and software design after the study on the optical characterties. It is possible to have the visual sensor intelligent ,improve the accuracy of tracking,expand the applied rang of the tracking system, and be prompt in automatical operation, applied the meathods of fuzzy control and statistical model.
