采用 CTAB法和蛋白酶 K法 ,提取校园内几种松科植物新梢、种子及幼叶的总 DNA,经琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测 ,无降解发生 .利用 PCR- SSCP初步分析了这几种针叶树的叶绿体 m at K基因 ,结果表明 :提取的总 DNA可以进行 PCR-
We extracted genomic DNA from several species leaf,seed and branch of Pinaceae by methods of CTAB and Proteinase K.The obtained DNA was assayed by agarose gel electrophoresis.The result showed that the extracted total DNA hadnt degradated.The chlorophlase gene matK and a fraction within this gene were analyzed by PCR SSCP.The result indicated that the isolated total DNA was ready for using in PCR SSCP.
