摘要
单链构象多态性(SSCP)技术是一种简便、灵敏的多态性检测方法,近年在植物研究中得到了较多应用。现就SSCP技术的原理、特点、影响因素以及在植物研究中的应用进行综述。
Single-Strand Conformation Polymorphism (SSCP) is a simple and sensitive method to detect polymorphisms. In recent years, this method has been widely used in plant research. In this paper, the principle, methods, characteristies and affected factors of SSCP were simply introduced. And, the applications of SSCP in plant research were reviewed.
