摘要
介绍了一种新型自激式除尘器的结构及工作原理 ,这是国内首次成功将其应用到含铼钼精矿焙烧烟气铼回收工业生产中。经过生产实践 ,证明该装置切实可行 ,吸收效率高 ,并具有成本低、能耗小、结构简单、操作方便和运行费用低等优点。此外 ,该装置还可应用于冶金矿山。
Structure and its working principle of a new type of self-swash dust catcher were suggested and explained,it is the first time that the type of equipment was domestically applied to the production of rhenium absorption from flue dust of roasted molybdenum concentrates mine with rhenium successfully.It has been proved in practice that:the equipment is feasible,has great absorption efficiency and has the advantages of low cost,low energy consumption,simple structure and convenient operation.In addition,the equipment can also be applied to wet dust removal in such fields as metallurgy mine,chemical industry and building materials and so on.
