摘要
介绍了新型自激式除尘脱硫装置的结构及工作原理,研究了脱硫效率与气体流速和钙硫质量比之间的关系·结果表明脱硫效率随气体流速和钙硫质量比的增加而增大,在气体流速达到18m/s、钙硫质量比为1 8∶1时,脱硫效率最大,可达94%.该装置具有脱硫效率高、投资少、制作简单等特点,是一种适合我国现状,值得推广的脱硫装置·
?The structure and its working principle of a new type selfswash dust clean and desulfuration equipment are presented. The relationship between desulfurizing efficiency and gas velocity(v) and that between dusulfurizing efficiency and the mass ratio of calcium to sulfur dioxide(mC/mS) are established. The experimental results show that the desulfurizing efficiency increases with v and mC/mS, the desulfrurizing efficiency can be achieved up to 94% when v is 18?m/s and mC/mS is 18∶1. The equipment suits for chinese economy and production conditions.
