摘要
随着环保政策体系的不断完善,为同时保障环境效益和企业经济效益,工业燃煤锅炉烟气的有效净化显得尤为重要。综述了几种典型的可以同时脱除2种以上燃煤锅炉烟气污染物的联合脱除技术,并将其细分为联合脱硫除尘技术、同时脱硫脱氮技术和联合脱硫脱氮除尘技术。基于多年研究和实践,提出开发新型"电旋风干式脱硫脱氮除尘一体化装置"的构想,该装置结合电晕等离子体技术和电旋风除尘技术,选用类水滑石化合物作为添加剂,可以实现在1个装置中同时脱除多种烟气污染物,加之投资和运行费用低等优点,十分适合中小型燃煤锅炉使用。
With the continuously intensifying environmental policies,it becomes more important to choose appropriate and effective flue gas cleaning technologies for industrial coal-fired boilers for ensuring environmental benefits as well as enterprise profits.Several typical combined technologies for simultaneously removing two or more flue gas pollutants in coal-fired boilers were summarised and classified into combined desulphurisation and dust collecting technology,simultaneous desulphurisation and denitrification technology,and combined desulphurisation,nitrogen and dust removing technology.Based on researches and practices for many years,a new dry type of "electro-cyclonic integrated installation" has been put forward.This device combines corona discharge plasma technology with electro-cyclonic dedusting technology,and utilises hydrotalcite-like compounds as additives.It could realize various flue gas pollutant removals with low investment and operation costs.This installation would be suitable for small- and medium-sized coal boilers.
