摘要
在进行自激式除尘器的测试时,时常会遇到其出口SO2的浓度高于入口浓度的现象,探讨了此现象产生的原因:一是不加脱硫剂的清水对SO2的吸附是有限的,1 m3的清水可吸附40 m3的SO2气体;二是水对气体的溶解度会随着温度的升高而降低;清水吸收了其他污染物杂质也会降低吸收SO2的能力;三是随着除尘器水温的升高、同时吸收了烟尘及CO等污染物杂质,并在逐渐增多,对SO2的吸附能力会进一步降低,除尘器很快就会出现吸饱和。
In the test of self-excited filter, often occurs the phenomenon that the 502 concentration of export higher than that of the inlet. The causes of the phenomenon are analyzed, firstly, the S02 adsorption of the water with no desulfurizer is limited, one volume water can adsorb 40 volume SO2 gas; secondly, the water solubility of gas will decrease with the rising of temperature,water absorbed the other pollutant impurities also will reduce the ability of absorbing S02;thirdly, as water temperature in filter increases,at the same time to absorb the poUutants such as soot and CO ,and it is grad- ually increasing, the SO2 adsorption ability will reduce further, dust catcher will soon appear saturated absorption.
