摘要
对北青兰叶片的组织培养过程中的外植体不同消毒时间 ,愈伤诱导及芽丛形成、生根培养基进行筛选。结果表明 ,用 0 .10 %升汞对叶片消毒 3m in效果最好 ,污染率为 2 6 .70 % ,并且萌发率达到 90 %以上 ;最佳愈伤诱导培养基为 MS+2 .0 0 mg· L- 1 6 - BA +0 .5 0 m g· L- 1 NAA;最佳分化与增殖培养基为 MS+2 .0 0 mg· L- 1 6 - BA +0 .2 0mg· L- 1 NAA;最佳生根培养基为 1/2 MS+0 .0 5 m g· L- 1
Studies on different sterilized time of explant,the preferable mideia of differentiation and rooting in the course of tissue culture.The result shows that explant sterilized in 0.10% aqueous mercuric chloride for 3 min has best effect;the preferable medium of differentiation is MS supplemented with 2.00 mg·L -1 6-BA and 0.20 mg·L -1 NAA,and the preferable medium of rooting is 1/2 MS supplemented with 0.05 mg·L -1 NAA.
