摘要
采用二氧化钛(TiO2)对β-羟基丁酸-co-羟基戊酸共聚物(PHBV)进行共混改性,并进行模拟纺丝。通过测试PHBV/TiO2共混纤维的强度、脆性等基本性能,表明添加TiO2不仅能克服纺程中PH-BV单丝间的粘连,而且有效地提高了纤维的强度,降低了纤维的脆性。通过不同的纺丝条件的探索比较,当PHBV与TiO2共混比例为95:5时,在热水浴成形条件下,能纺丝得到综合性能比较良好的纤维。
In present work, titania (TiO2) was selected to blend with poly (β-hydroxybutyrate-co-hydroxyvalerate) (PHBV). The polymer blends were melt-spun on micro compounder microinjector instruments. Through testing PHBV/ TiO2 fibers, it was found that TiO2 could overcome the filament sticking phenomenon and brittleness, improve the tenacity of PHBV fiber, and the draw ability could be kept in several days also. After comparing different processing conditions, PHBV fiber with good properties could be obtained with mixing ratio(PHBV/TiO2) 95/5 by weight during melt-spinning with hot water bath.
