摘要
目的 探讨山羊心脏右冠状动脉的解剖结构 ,丰富动物实验资料。方法 新鲜山羊心脏经 10 %甲醛固定 ,解剖并经动脉铸型显示右冠状动脉大体结构 ,观察和测量右冠状动脉及其分支。结果 山羊冠状动脉分为左、右冠状动脉 ,右冠状动脉较粗大 ,分支为心房支、心室支和窦房结动脉。其心室支沿后室间沟下行。
Objective To observe the anatomical structure of the right coronary artery of goat hearts and enrich experimental materials of animal. Methods The goat hearts were fixed with 10% formaldehyde, disse cted, performed with artery cast form to show the gross anatomical structure of the right coronary artery. The length of the right coronary artery and it′s bra nches were observed and measured.Results Coronary artery of goa t heart included the left coronary artery and the right one. The right one was t hicker,and had three branches, branch of atrium ,ventricular branch, artery of sinuatrial node. The ventricular branch of the right coronary artery slightly w ent down along the posterior interventricular groove. Conclusion Coronary artery of goat heart is similar to that of human.
