摘要
目的 探讨兔心脏冠状动脉的解剖结构 ,丰富实验动物资料。方法 用 1 0 %过氯乙烯填充剂灌注兔冠状动脉 ,甲醛固定后手工剥制 ,酸腐蚀处理 ,显示冠状动脉大体结构。结果 兔冠状动脉分为左、右冠状动脉。左冠状动脉前降支较短小 ,深埋于室间隔 ;旋支粗大 ,行程长 ,分支多 ;二者之间有对角支发出。右冠状动脉粗大、浅表 ,沿后室间沟下行 ,并发出较多分支。
Objective To find the dissection structure of coronary artery in rabbit heart and to enrich experimental animal materials.Methods Coronary artery of rabbit heart was poured with filling contained with 10% perchloroethylenen and fixed with formaldehyde, and then was treated by hand stuffing or acid eroding in order to show the gross anatomy structure of coronary artery.Results Coronary artery of rabbit heart included the left coronary artery and the right coronary artery. The anterior interventricular branch of left coronary artery was thin and short, and was deeply buried into interventricular septum. The circumflex branch of left coronary artery was thick and long and had many branches. There was the diagonal branch in the middle of the anterior interventricular branch and the circumflex branch. The right coronary artery was thick and long and sent out many branches, and lightly went down along the posterior interventricular groove.Conclusion The dissection structure of coronary artery in rabbit heart is significantly different from that of human.
