摘要
作者用硫酸钡乳胶混悬液,灌注50只新鲜的离体山羊心脏的左、右冠状动脉,经软X线造影和解剖观测结果:左、右冠状动脉分别起自主动脉的左窦和右窦。左冠状动脉外径(3.42±0.74mm)大于右冠状动脉外径(2.98±1.02mm);96％的心脏由单独的室间隔支分布于室间隔上2/3;冠状动脉分布类型以左优势型多见,占96％,均衡型占4％,未发现右优势型;窦房结动脉起自右冠状动脉者占62％,起自左冠状动脉者占28％,起自左、右冠状动脉者占10％;房室结动脉均起自左冠状动脉。
The coronary arteries of 50 goats werestudied by means of aniography and dissec-tion. The results were as follows: The right coronary artery (RCA) andleft coronary artery (LCA) arose from theright and left aortic sinuses respectively.At the beginning, the average external dia-meter of RCA (2.98±1.02mm) was smallerthan that of LCA (3.42±0.74mm). Aninde-pendent inter ventricular septal artery (in94%) supplied the upper two-thirds of theinter ventricular septum. The arterial distri-butive types were divided into three: TheLCA was dominant in 96%, symmetrical in4%, RCA dominant in 0%. Sixty two percentof the S-A node arteries arose from theRCA, 28% from LCA, 10% from both RCAand LCA. All the A-V node arteriesoriginated from the LCA.
