摘要
本文简述了人才资源规划的含义及作用 ,认为图书馆进行人才资源规划是信息环境变化、人才资源管理创新、可持续发展和提升核心竞争力的需要 ,并着重提出了图书馆人才资源规划的三种维度模式。
This thesis briefly states the meaning and effect of human resource planning,considers that it is necessary to plan human resource for libraries in order to meet the needs of information environmental change,innovation of human resource management,sustainable development and raising nuclear competition ability.And then it puts forward three dimension models for human resource planning at libraries.
