摘要
21世纪被称为人才的世纪,人才资源成为最具有战略意义的"第一资源"。高校图书馆人才资源管理优化,对深化高校图书馆的改革与发展具有重要作用和现实意义。本文力图通过对高校图书馆人才资源管理优化的发展分析,深入探讨高校图书馆人才发展的新机制和基本取向,促进高校图书馆事业的发展。
Talents resource has become the most important resource in the 21st century, which is called the Century of Talent. Adjustment of talents resource management has practical meaning and plays an important role on deepening university libraries. After analyzing adjustment of talents resource management, this article has explored into the new mechanism and basic orientation of talents development of university libraries to promote the development of university libraries career.
