摘要
人才资源管理讲的就是用人之道 ,强调的是如何开发与利用人才身上潜在的巨大能量。知识经济和信息技术给图书馆带来了重大变革 ,使之在高校中发挥着重要的现代化文献信息保障作用。本文以现代管理理念为基础 ,从管理队伍、管理方法、管理制度、管理机制等几方面论述了科学、有效的实施高校图书馆人才资源管理的一些关键问题。
