摘要
传统高校图书馆的资源建设只是注重印刷型图书资料的建设,在网络时代的今天,高校图书馆资源建设发生了巨大的变化,电子文献资源与人力资源建设变得越来越重要。因此,如何建设网络时代的高校图书馆,把握印刷型文献资源建设、电子文献资源建设和人力资源建设的关系,是当前高校图书馆资源建设的关键。文章肯定了印刷型文献资源在网络时代仍然占据主导地位,电子文献资源目前应该只是印刷型文献资源的补充,而人力资源是高校图书馆资源建设中不可忽视的重要资源。
Resources construction of traditional university libraries lays emphasis only on printed documentary resources.In modern cybertimes,great changes have taken place in the construction of university library resources.The constrution of electronic documentary resources and human resources becomes more and more important.Thus,how to build up university libraries in cybertimes and grasp the relationship among the construction of printed documentary resources,electronic documentary resources and human resources is the key point in the construction of modern university library resources.This article affirms the leading place of printed documentary resources in cybertimes and regards electronic documentary resources as its supplementary type and human resources an important type not to be ignored during the construction of university library resources.
