摘要
目的 测定连续肾替代治疗的烧伤患者肾脏透析排出液中去甲万古霉素的含量。方法 采用HPLC法 ,色谱条件 :μBondapak -C18柱 ,流动相乙腈 -磷酸二氢钾 (0 .0 5mol·L-1) (9∶91,v/v) ,流速 1.4ml/min ,检测波长 2 36nm。结果 本法在 1～10 0 μg·ml-1的范围内线性关系良好 ,r =0 .9999。日内、日间精密度的RSD <2 % ,平均回收率 99.6 5 %。结论 本法简便、快速。
Aim To determine of demethylvancomycin in renal dialysate effluent in burns with continuous renal replacement therapy.Methods HPLC was used.CH 3CN-KH 2PO 4 (0.05mol·L -1) (9∶91) was used as the mobile phase on μBondapak-C 18 analysis column.The flow rate was 1.4ml/min.Detection wavelength was 236nm.Results The calibration curve was linear (r=0.999 9) within the range of 1～100μg·ml -1.The RSD for inter-day and intra-day assays were less than 2%.The average recovery was 99.65%.Conclusion The method was simple,rapid and credible.
