透明质酸酶诱导玻璃体后脱离的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 研究透明质酸酶诱导玻璃体后脱离的安全性和有效性。方法 选取成年健康纯种新西兰白兔 15只 ,随机分为A、B、C 3组。随机选取每只兔的一眼为实验眼 ,另一眼为对照眼。A组玻璃体腔注入透明质酸酶 5IU/ 0 1mL ,B组透明质酸酶 10IU/ 0 1mL ,C组透明质酸酶 2 0IU/ 0 1mL ,对照组眼内注入 0 1mLBSS。结果 A组术后所有眼均未见玻璃体后脱离 ;B、C组于术后第 5周出现玻璃体后脱离 ,并且无出血、渗出或视网膜脱离等并发症发生。结论 浓度为 10IU/ 0 1mL和 2 0IU/ 0 1mL的透明质酸酶玻璃体腔注射后第 5周可形成玻璃体后脱离 。 ObjectiveTo evaluate the safety and efficacy of intravitreal injection of hyaluronidase in rabbits.MethodsFifteen New Zealand whits albino rabbits were randomly divided into group A,B,and C.The concentration of hyaluronidase was 5 IU/0.1 mL in group A,10 IU/0.1 mL in group B,and 20 IU/0.1 mL in group C.Hyaluronidase was randomly injected in one of both eyes with the other as control,and BSS was inj ected in the control eye.ResultsThere was no posterior vitreous detachment in group A.P osterior vitreous detachment occurred in group B and C 4 weeks after the injecti on.There was not any relative complication such as vitreous and retinal hemorrha ge,exudates,or retinal detachment.ConclusionThe intravitreal injection of 10 IU/0.1 mL or 20 IU/ 0.1 mL of hyaluronidase can induce posterior vitreous detachment 5 weeks after t he injection.The concentrations of 10 IU/0.1 ml and 20 IU/0.1 ml hyaluronidase a re safe and effective in the intravitreal injection.
