摘要
文章总结了彭清华教授运用益气养阴、活血利水法治疗视网膜脱离术后的经验,在组方特色上阐述了彭清华教授将“水血同治”理论灵活运用于眼科专科辨证体系中的临床思路,以益气养阴、活血利水的复明片治疗视网膜脱离术后;在用药特色上阐述了彭清华教授擅于利用黄芪益气活血之能、虫类药无所不达之性、车前子利水明目之功治疗视网膜脱离术后,取得较好的临床疗效。
This article summarizes the experience of professor PENG Qing-hua in the treatment of retinal detachment after surgery with benefiting qi and nourishing yin and activating blood and promoting diuresis.In the characteristics of the component,professor PENG Qing-hua applied the theory of‘cross-medication with blood and water’to the clinical practice of ophthalmology syndrome differentiation system.The idea is to treat the retinal detachment with benefiting qi and nourishing yin and activating blood and promoting diuresis.In the characteristics of medication,professor PENG Qing-hua is good at using the Radix Astragali to benefite qi for activate blood circulation and the ubiquity of worms,Semen Plantaginis improving eyesight and clearing damp has achieved good clinical results.
