本文综合阐述了真空技术在现代食品工业中的应用途径;讨论和分析了真空技术在食品工业中应用的特点和对象;预测了真空技术在食品工业中应用的前景。
The ways to apply the vacuum technology to the modern food industry were comprehensively described in the paper. The characteristics of its application and how it was applied were discussed and the prospects of the application of the vacuum technology in the food industry were predicted.
