本文较详尽地阐述了防腐剂、抗氧剂、强化剂、甜味剂、酸味剂、增稠剂、乳化剂、酶制剂等的现状及预测今后的发展趋势。最后提出几点意见,务求达到开发、应用、迅速改变我省食品添加剂面貌。
The paper has stated the present situation and future development trend of preservatives, antioxidants, strenthening agents, sweetening agents, sour agents thickening agents, emulsifying agents and enzyme preparations in detail. It has also suggeted some wags of development and application of food additives, in order to change the present situation in Guangdong Province rapidly.
