摘要
实行学分制是当今高等教育发展的必然,是实现改革人才培养模式的重要措施,也是市场经济建设的客观要求。在建设社会主义市场经济体制的新的历史条件下,如何完善学分制教学管理制度,更好地培养具有创造性思维和创新能力的人才,成为一个极为重要的课题。以创新学分为切入点,从设立创新学分的必要性、创新学分涵盖的内容和实施创新学分的途径这三个方面进行了探讨,希冀对我国的学分制改革有所裨益。
Implementation of the credit system is a necessity for the development of current higher education, an important measure to the reform of the present personnel traning pattern and an objective requirement to the construction of market economy. Under the new historical circumstance of constructing the Chinese socialist market economy, how to perfect the administration of the credit system to cultivate creative talents becomes an extremely important reseach project. At the prospect of bringing some benefits to the Chinese reform on credit system, this thesis probes into such three aspects as the necessity of establishing the creative credit system, its contents and reated problems to be paid attention to.
