摘要
针对传统的酚醛树脂在使用时污染环境、游离醛含量高的缺点,生产低毒、环保的水溶性甲阶酚醛树脂受到普遍重视。通过研究表明:选择合适的苯酚∶甲醛的摩尔比为1∶1.2~1∶1.5,控制适当的反应温度(90℃),并加入PVA改性剂(0.2%)等,可生产出综合性能较好的低毒水溶性酚醛胶。并用硫代硫酸钠滴定分析方法测定游离醛含量,所合成的水溶性酚醛树脂游离醛指标达到标准含量(标准含量≤2.5%),力学性能符合GB/T9846-1988标准要求。
Because of traditional phenolic resin polluted enviroment and include higher free aldehyde,it is necessary to product low toxicity and enviromental water-solube phenolic resin,the results showed that:proper mole ratio was 1∶2~1∶1.5,proper reaction temperature was 90 ℃,the usage of modifier PVA was 0.2% and so on, then low toxicity water-solube phenolic resin could be prepared.The content of free aldehyde was come to stand content(≤25%)by using the method of hyposulfite titrimetry to determined.The mechanical properties meet-standard requirement(GB/T9846-1988).
