双电层电容器用酚醛树脂基活性炭的制备 被引量:6

摘要 以酚醛树脂为原料,KOH为活化剂制备双电层电容器用高比表面积活性炭电极材料。考察了工艺因素对活性炭比电容的影响,探讨了酚醛树脂基高比表面积活性炭作双电层电容器电极的电化学特性。结果表明,在固化温度为150℃、炭化温度为700℃,ζ(碱/炭)为4,活化温度为800℃时,制得的高比表面积活性炭双电极比电容可达74.2 F/g。 The high specific surface area activated carbons (HSSAACs), prepared from phenolic resins by activation of KOH were applied in electric double-layer capacitor (EDLC). Effects of technology conditions on specific capacitance were researched. The electrochemical characteristics of EDLC used phenolic resins based HSSAACs as electrodes were discussed. Results show that the specific capacitance of HSSAAC can reach 74.2 F/g by controlling suitable technology condition: curing temperature is 150℃, carbonization temperature is 700℃, ratio of KOH to carbon is 4, activation temperature is 800℃.
