摘要
采用中间加入起泡剂鼓泡 ,进行气液传质交换的方法 ,合成环保型脲醛胶 ,游离甲醛降到 0 0 5 %以下 ,胶合板胶合强度达 0 7MPa以上 ,并且对板材生产工艺可操作性强 ,其制品甲醛释放量都达到 1 5mg/L(干燥器法 )以下 ,符合GB185 80 -2 0 0 1E1标准要求。红外 (IR)光谱进一步证实 ,气膜法可提高脲醛树脂、尿素中—NH2 的加成反应率以及树脂固化的交联度 ,降低游离甲醛。
By the use of adding bubbling agents halfway and mass transmitting between liquid and gas, the UF resin with low-toxicity was synthesized and the content of free formaldehyde was reduced to 0.05%. The bond strength of the plywood glued with this UF resin was above 0.7 MPa and productive procedure for this UF resin was more practicable. The formaldehyde emission of the plywood products was less than 1.5 mg/L and accorded with the demand of GB 18580-2001 E 1. The IR spectrum showed that the addition reaction rate of -NH 2 groups within UF resin and carbamide was increased, the crosslinking degree of the UF resin was also increased and the free formaldehyde in UF resin was decreased while the gas-membrane process had been used.
