摘要
目前在工业上所用的烯烃醛化催化剂有:HCo(CO)<sub>4</sub>,HCo(CO)<sub>3</sub>P(n-C<sub>4</sub>H<sub>9</sub>)<sub>3</sub>,HRh(Co)(PPh<sub>3</sub>)<sub>3</sub>等。但这些均相催化剂的稳定性较差,回收再使用较困难.为了克服这些缺点,人们研究将金属化合物络合在高分子配体上制成高分子催化剂,例如:聚2-乙烯吡啶-羰基钴络合物。
A silica-supported poly-y-mercaptopropylsiloxane-Rh complex (abbreviated as Si-S-Rh-CO) has been prepared. It is found that Si-S-Rh-CO is a very effective catalyst for the hydroformylation of olefins. From the experimental results of ,the hydroformylation of olefins catalyzed by Si-S-Rh-CO, it can be seen that its activity and selectivity are closely related to Rh/S atomic ratio in complex and temperature. The reaction is carried out at 100℃ and under 60 kg/cm2 <H2:CO=1:1), the conversion and the selectivity for n-aldehyde are 98% and 50% respectively.
