摘要 目的　研究人生长激素真核细胞表达质粒在COS 1细胞的瞬时表达及活性鉴定。方法　将重组pcDNA3 GHcDNA用脂质体转染COS 1细胞 ,用免疫组织化学和ELISA法分别检测细胞和培养上清中生长激素(GH)的表达情况 ,用Jurkat细胞增殖法测定其生物活性。结果　重组真核细胞表达质粒pcDNA3 GHcDNA转染的COS 1细胞分泌高浓度GH ,且具有明显的促进Jurkat细胞增殖能力。结论　pcDNA3 GHcDNA能够高效表达有活性的GH 。
