摘要
从以丁香酚或异丁香酚、阿魏酸、葡萄糖为底物等方面综述香兰素微生物发酵法的研究进展。
This paper reviews the progess in the research of microbial fermentation of vanillin from the aspects of different substrates such as Eugenol or Isoeugenol, Ferulic acid, Glucose and so on.
