摘要 本文讨论了石蜡裂解C_9—C_(13) α-烯烃聚合的一些特点,获得的聚合物组成与单体组成基本一致,且受转化率影响较小。聚合速率曲线为衰减型,聚合初期速率衰减较快。在较低预聚合温度和较高单体浓度时可获得较高的分子量。所得聚合物即使在低添加浓度时,对新疆克拉玛依原油也有较高的减阻效率。 This paper discusses the copolymerization behavior of the properly purified mixed α-olefins from thermal creacking of petroleum wax which have the composition C_9—C_(13) and purity ~65% and contain ~35% alkanes. The composition of resulting copolymers is basically consistent with that of the feeding materials and keeps less changed with monomers conversion. The rate of copolymerization, being highly depending on the purity of the mixed α-olefins used, decay rather rapidly at the first stage and then level out. Copolymers of higher molecular weight can be prepared at lower copolymerization temperature and higher monomers concentrations. With the help of a few PPMs of such copolymers drag reduction for crude oil is observed, e.g., 26ppm of a copolymer with characteristic viscosity 11.25 (30℃ in toluene) gives for karamais crude oil a drag reducing rate 20.7%, 28.3ppm—26.7%.
