增稠的地层内聚合堵水剂室内研究 被引量:1

摘要 讨论了用聚丙烯酰胺增稠的地层内聚合型丙烯酰胺-甲叉基双丙烯酰胺堵水剂的配方、配方中各成份的作用及其对聚合反应的影响,报道了室内模拟堵水试验结果。体系增稠后地层水及地层中有害物质不易侵入,聚合反应可以在配方设计条件下进行,堵水工艺成功率提高。 Simple acrylamide/methylenc-N,N-bisacrylamide (AM/MBAM) solution systems as in-situ polymerizable water-plugging agent are less effective for fractured/void-developed formations in water and oil wells owing to interference from foreign reductive substances and thinning by formation water. In this work a polymer thickened polymerizable system of AM/MBAM in fresh water is recommended instead. It is composed of 0.6-1.0% PHPAM, 4% AM, 0.1% MBAM and necessary additives and designed for low temperature uses (30-60℃or higher). The formulations are discussed in detail. Asprepared gelling solutions have initil viscosity some 50mPa.s at 511s^(-1). The gel formed is stable at least over 1/2 year at 45℃ in contact with formation water or in cores. Simutating tests on natural cores show very high efficiency of water plugging for water injecting wells and slighlly less-for high water-containing producing wells.
