摘要
研究了起始温度、出料温度、通冷媒温度、停冷媒温度对聚α-烯烃合成减阻剂减阻率的影响,结合室内模拟环道评价装置和凝胶渗透色谱仪,测定了聚合物的减阻性能及相对分子质量和相对分子质量分布。结果表明,在起始温度3℃、出料温度9℃、通冷媒温度20℃、停冷媒温度10℃条件下,聚合物重均相对分子质量可达3×106,减阻率[ρ(聚合物)=5g/m3]大于27%。
The influences of temperature on the polymerization of a olefins and the drag reduction efficiency of the polya olefin were studied systematically. It was found that under the optimal temperature, ultra high relative molecular weight (up to 3×10^6) of the product could be obtained. Experiments showed that drag-reducing efficiency up to 27% could be achieved with the concentration of the polymer at 5 g/m^3. The polymer can meet the industry demand.
